What are your pieces made from?

Our demi-fine jewelry is crafted from 14K and 18K gold plating over brass and copper, sterling silver, freshwater pearls, and hand-set cubic zirconia and crystals. Materials are listed on each product page.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

With a little care, your pieces will stay beautiful for a long time. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, and sweat, and store each piece dry and separate (a soft pouch is ideal). Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

Can I shower or swim in it?

We recommend taking your jewelry off before showering, swimming, or exercising. Moisture and chlorine shorten the life of any plated finish.

Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our pieces use sterling silver and nickel-free plating that most sensitive skin tolerates well. If you have a known metal allergy, check the materials listed on the product page first.

How do I find my ring size?

Wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in millimetres — that's your circumference. Compare it to a standard ring-size chart, or measure a ring you already own. Still unsure? Email hello@avasterling.com and we'll help.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to South Africa, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, much of Europe, and select countries across Asia and the Middle East. Shipping is a flat $8.99 per order. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us.
