Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Every order is packed by hand and quality-checked before it leaves us.
- Flat-rate shipping: $8.99 on every order, anywhere we deliver.
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it every step of the way.
We currently ship to South Africa, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, much of Europe, and select countries across Asia and the Middle East. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there. Any import duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Because each piece is dispatched through our fulfilment partner, delivery times vary by destination. Your tracking link will keep you updated from dispatch to doorstep.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- 30-day window. Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Pierced earrings. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they arrive faulty or damaged.
- Return shipping. Customers cover return postage unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it, of course.

Email us at hello@avasterling.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives less than perfect, send a photo to hello@avasterling.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
