We want your Orabelle Jewels order to reach you as quickly as possible. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that delivery times begin from the moment your payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times by region:

• United States & United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days
• Canada: 7 to 10 business days
• Europe & Australia: 3 to 10 business days
• Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Returns

We take great pride in the quality of every piece we send out. We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (including sample orders).

We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:

• Buyer's remorse
• Wrong size or style selected at checkout
• General dissatisfaction with the product

How to File a Claim

• Clear photos showing the issue
